- One week (five days) paid vacation per year for the first ten years
of employment

contributions dollar for dollar up to 6% of salary
- On the first month following hire, employee may make contributions
up to but not exceeding the IRS maximum deferral amount.
- Employee is immediately 100% vested in all contributions
